JWCS Ltd is the Information Technology arm of Jay Webb Consultancy Services Limited. The IT arm was established in 2009 by Mike Webb who’s background is providing robust IT solutions and support mechanisms for large corporate clients, to meet the growing technological needs of small and medium sized businesses with an emphasis on providing a broad range of systems and services that meet the needs of our clients, not to fit our clients around a limited technology offering.  We aim to provide the highest levels of customer service possible, which means that we are honest and open about our services and where they can benefit you.

We can provide same day IT support and IT consultancy from our Loughborough and Overseal offices for customers throughout the Midlands.

We work with both older and new technology, providing IT support for all Microsoft Windows systems between 1993 and their present technology offerings.  We provide support for Servers, PC’s Laptops and Network Technologies such as Switches and Routers which includes provision of new systems and peripherals where needed.

We have established partnerships with leading hardware and software manufacturers and suppliers to get competitive prices that you can’t find on the high street or with a Google search.

We also have the knowledge and expertise to know whether the systems or services you’re buying are the right ones for you, and always try and look at the long term picture for your technology needs.  We specialise in utilising the full capacity of Microsoft products such as Windows Small Business Server rather than just the core File, Print and Email services.

We also offer Cloud based computer services such as Office 365, Dynamics CRM, Exchange Email Archiving and SharePoint Online and we are a Microsoft Cloud Partner.
